Note: Candidates must complete face registration by 4th November 2024. Mock Test participants, registered for the ET, will have access to a practice session on 12th November to get comfortable with the online test format.

Yes, candidates must ensure a reliable power source and stable internet connection. The test timer will not pause for connectivity issues, and interruptions may result in auto-submission.

18. What happens if I accidentally minimize or refresh the test screen?
Avoid minimizing or refreshing the test screen. Doing so could lock the test, which may submit automatically, preventing further progress. An alert message will display if an interruption is detected.

19. What devices can I use to take the ISA ET?
You must use a desktop or laptop with an active camera. Mobile phones are prohibited for this test, as results may be withheld if taken on a mobile device.

20. How do I know my face registration has been approved?
Face registration approval may take 24 to 48 hours. You will be notified once it’s approved. If previously registered on the DLH portal for ISA ET or any other exam, you don’t need to register again.

21. How will the ISA ET results be shared?
Results will be displayed after the completion of the assessment review process. Specific timelines and result release methods will be communicated by ICAI.

22. Is there any penalty for not completing face registration on time?
